Hüseyin Bozkurt and Achim Gerl have worked as a team for over 30 years:

Hüseyin Bozkurt, Achim Gerl and Jens Schultheiß – from the bottom up means: from trade to academic degree.This is the IBG.
Hüseyin Bozkurt and Achim Gerl learned their profession from an apprenticeship as a journeyman bricklayer, followed by a degree in architecture and many years as construction and project managers, before founding the IBG partner company in 2004.
Jens Schultheiß was added as an additional partner in 2020.
In January 2023, Mr. Bozkurt left the partnership for health reasons.
