For over 30 years Hüseyin Bozkurt and Achim Gerl are working together as a team now.

Both started with an apprenticeship as a mason followed by a technical diploma and the study of architecture. They learned their profession from the bottom up and worked as site and project manager for long years before they founded their partner company IBG in 2004.

In the year 2020 Jens Schultheiss joined as another partner.
